We have been using B&B for nearly a decade. Our A/C failed during a 100-degree Memorial Day weekend. I was 7 months pregnant and we had family in from out of town. We were desperate! The company we had a contract with could not help us, but B&B came right out and had us fixed in a day - on a holiday weekend! We've been with them ever since. They are prompt and professional. Every technician has been friendly and helpful. Today Trel serviced our A/C unit. He was honest about our situation, but not pushy about selling something we didn't need. I would highly recommend this company!

BnB did a great job. My father had been using them for a few years and gave me the recommendation. Trel showed up on time and ready to begin. He spent several hours cleaning and repairing my AC unit which hadn't been serviced for the past 4 years. Jared was a fantastic repairman! He arrived on time, was very professional and helped us understand the issue with our system. He repaired the problem and gave us a quote for a future repair and was very honest. The work was affordable and we ended up not needing to replace the furnace like we were told by another company. Definitely worth a call - glad we contacted them!

Trel at B&B took care of us! He came out around 9pm (on-time to his estimate) and repaired our AC unit. He walked us through what he was doing, and the labor/materials were very reasonably priced. We will definitely use Trel and B&B again.

They do excellent work. Trel came to the house on time and provided the A/C maintenance. Was very honest and upfront about what he saw and explained everything clearly. He gave me some recommendations and did not pressure me into getting something I didn't want, which I appreciate. I tend to be leery of that sort of thing - companies just trying to make money by pressuring you into things you don't really need. I just bought this house and it's clear the previous homeowners didn't do much maintenance. I elected to have Trel clean the coils off and he wasn't kidding about how dirty they were. I watched him clean it and hose it off and several years worth of dirt caked on there came pouring out.

Trel was great and patiently answered all my questions about different needs for my system. All in all great work. I would recommend these guys for any A/C needs.
