B&B Air Conditioning & Heating Service

Cannot recommend them enough! They were professional and prompt when making an appointment the day of. Dave and DJ came and were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed our AC issue, and answered all my questions. They also took the time to show me things I should be doing every few months to take care of our AC system, including showing me which filters to purchase on Amazon at a reasonable price.

This was my regular summer inspection and all checked out well. Adam and Chris were very personable. My only suggestion is they come with footies. I should not have to ask, this process should be automatic when customers have carpet.

I called B&B Columbia for a heat pump issue at my mom's house that was stressing her out. John who is the service manager was accommodating and got us an appointment within the week. Dave and DJ who were the technicians that serviced our unit were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions regarding what the issue was, what they did to fix it, and what to expect/not worry about in the future. 10/10 will recommend.

Dave and Adam showed up on time did a thorough inspection of my heating and AC units inside and outside. They were very courteous, friendly, professional. Always happy to work with B&B.

Our technicians, Trel & Chris, arrived on time and were professional throughout the service call. They completed the preventive maintenance, recommended an additional service to extend the life of the unit with a detailed explanation. We have used B&B for more than 20 years and have been very satisfied with the service.

Our ac went out on the first really hot day of the year. We noticed late at night, called for emergency service and trel came out the next day. He quickly worked to identify the problem, fix it and get us back up and running. He made recommendations to prevent future issues as well which we appreciated as new home owners.

Trel performed servicing of my A/C system in an exemplary manner on 22 March. He arrived shortly after the B&B dispatcher's call, made a friendly introduction of himself and went right to work. When finished he assured me that my system should be good for the summer. Trel then informed me that a system drain service also was recommended and explained why. Upon my acceptance he completed the service expeditiously. He left the A/C unit closet and carpet area neat and clean, and returned my thermostat setting to its original position. Excellent service performance such as Trel's strengthens customer confidence in B&B.

Chris and DJ arrived with a same day service call. They were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. DJ diagnosed the issue in about 15 seconds, had the required parts in the truck and had everything up and running in about an hour!

A very reliable company. I have been using them for many years. New heating and air conditioning system install September 2021. Dave lead the other 3 men with him. He took charge. I always ask for Dave because he is a excellent worker and leader. Shows up on time and completes the job in a timely manner. His customer service is excellent. I hope I could get him all the time.
