Adam and Ian did a great job in our house, cleaning our air ducts. Very friendly, on time and kept us informed throughout the job!

My gas furnace wasn't working correctly, even after I replaced the flame sensor. I called B&B and they came the same day to fix my unit. It needed to be drained. They charged me for an service inspection and was less expensive that I thought. I will be using them moving forward. Hard to find a honest and fair company.

They are always on time and very kind when they come out. Always considerate of my pets and time with quick but efficient checkups. They are always happy to work around our schedule. I recently had one of their people named Adam come out he was really nice, friendly and quick! Had a nice beard too.

Trel came to diagnose our furnace shutting off before the house reached the target temperature. He explained the unique challenges we face with our 100-year old house as well as what we can do to face them and keep the house comfortable. He did a great job, and we feel that we now understand our situation much better. As always, he is courteous and very helpful.

Dave & Adam were excellent. They came very promptly the same day I called and fixed my furnace for a very reasonable cost. They were also extremely conscientious - checking everything multiple times to make certain the problem was fixed. I only called B&B because my regular HVAC guys couldn't come out for several days. But now I'm going to switch to B&B as a permanent customer.

Fred and Chris were very pleasant, professional, and helpful in providing maintenance for our heat pumps. They took the time to thoroughly check, clean, and add a device to extend the life of the system. Great attitude and service!

I’ve used B&B for years…their service contract saves a lot as they are preventative and on call when an emergency arises. They are re reliable and honest. I just purchased a new home and since the system was brand new they suggested I wait a few years/saved me from starting a service contract too soon. The guys were just here - Trel and Chris - doing another inspection and they both were great. Very thorough and providing more helpful tips. Will continue using B&B for years to come! Highly recommend.

Excellent work!! Thank you so much for your timely and thorough Preventative Maintenance visit today for our A/C system. When we made the appointment, the office gave us a window of between 1pm and 5pm and on the day of service we also got a call prior to let us know the technician was on his way.

Our technician, Brandon, arrived promptly just before 1pm, which really helped me due to my schedule. Great follow-up from the office and kudos to Brandon for his fine work and recommendations and his positive demeanor and politeness. Keep up the great work and thanks again.
