B&B has excellent customer service. They were quick to set up an appointment and called prior to arrival. Trel, the service technician, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and provided additional information. Overall, very happy.

Absolutely loved and would definitely recommend this company. I called and within two hours two technicians came to fix the maintenance issue with my system. Very professional and great on the price I will definitely use them again.

They replaced our old heating and A/C system quickly and efficiently, removed all the old stuff and left everything clean, looking brand new and in good working order. Dave, Juan, and Melvin showed up and efficiently, effectively, and quietly removed my old outdoor and indoor AC units. Replaced them with brand new equipment that was running perfectly within 5 hours of them first arriving to my house this morning. Since 2007 our air conditioning and heating systems have been maintained and checked by B&B. The service technicians have always been great at explaining the inspection and any issues that need to be addressed. Today, Trel was great in updating me on the my existing heat system. And he made sure the smoke detectors were still working well. Appreciate it!

I have been a customer of B&B for many years. They are a really good company. They have done my routine maintenance on my heating & ac to even come out off hours for emergencies & have done a great job. Trel & Roberto were my technicians today. They were very professional, pleasant, explained everything thoroughly, & answered all of my questions.

This was the first time that I used B&B. The technician Dave was nice, polite, and very experienced. He arrived on time, immediately diagnosed the issue (fan motor) and was able to get the warranty part and fix the issue quickly. The charged price was reasonable too. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.

Today wasn't a good day! I was told my Heating & Air Conditioning Unit is busted! As devastated as I am... mostly financially devastated....the unit is the original unit when the home was built in1956!
B&B has keep it going...up until now! What can I say...
Brandon, Juan, & Matt broke the news to me as gentle as possible. I need a New unit in this 2nd home of mine that's a Rental property income for us. I'm sure the New Renters will appreciate a nice unit & cheaper Gas & Electric Bill with a sparkly New Unit ☺️

Nice and friendly scheduling woman. Nice and knowledgeable tech. Fair hourly rate. But the markup on parts is insane. The tech had to replace a single 45 capacitor that can be bought for under $20 online. B&B charged me over $100 for same part. This level of price gouging is unethical.
