Grove Heating & Cooling

I wanted to install a third unit in our house to cover two of our bedrooms and after comparing Grove’s proposal with several other companies I went with Grove once again.

The big factor was that Grove suggested the unit that I really wanted and the other companies wanted to install slightly less efficient units.

As always Grove’s customer service was outstanding. This time the two techs, Jimmy and Joe made sure that the job was done correctly and to my specifications. It was a little chilly outside and I wish they had worn warmer clothing.

I recommend Grove for any mini-split work (only area I know about) and if you get Jimmy and Joe as installers rest assured you are in good hands.

We had Grove install our system last summer, and the install was quick and clean! Today was the first of two complimentary check ups. Drew was on time, explained everything he was doing and was possibly the nicest technician we have EVER had do a job for us in nearly 10 years we’ve owned a home. If anybody asks us whether or not they should go with Grove, we would say ABSOLUTELY!

Called Grove because our AC stopped working on a 95 degree day. They were out within 2 hours. The employee was so kind and progressional and kept me informed. He replaced the broken part and stuck around to ensure that it began to work properly. Added bonus - he didn’t mind all the attention our pup was giving him. Grove will be our go to moving forward! Highly recommend.

The service, from start to finish, was top notch. I called Friday afternoon to see about scheduling someone to come in and put in our smart thermostat, I think I asked them for a quote to put in A smart thermostat and didn’t make sure they knew we had our own, anyway the appointment for an estimate was today but because of my miscommunication after we hung up the phone I get a callback fairly quickly to confirm if we had one or needed them to install one of their thermostat’s. I’m so sorry to say that I have completely forgotten the lady who answered my first call and then called back, but she was exceptional, once we got it straightened out our appointment was then set up for today with a four hour window and the technician, Drew, called 30 minutes into our window and said he was on his way. He showed up at the the time he said and was very professional from the minute he got here. He also took the time making sure everything worked and that my husband and I were comfortable with the thermostat before he left. Also the price they quoted was the price charged. We will definitely be using Grove Heating & Cooling again! Thank You for such great service.

Tech (Nick) was very professional however, could not pinpoint problem.

Had a great experience with Grove this morning. One of our home's two air conditioners had stopped cooling. Grove's technician examined the equipment and quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed capacitor and low coolant. In about an hour or less, our two-zone HVAC system was inspected, repaired, and back to work. Grove's technician was knowledgeable, efficient and polite, and answered all of my questions. I recommend Grove wholeheartedly.

We were very happy with Grove Heating & Cooling. They installed a new system for us and it is working very well. They were professional and personable. They explained all our options very well and gave us good advice regarding the best one for our needs. They have also been providing maintenance for our other systems for 4 or 5 years and we have always been happy with their service. They are quick to respond to emergencies and have been very safe with any COVID visits.

I have an old furnace, but Grove was able to get it up and running again in no time, unlike another service company I’d previously hired and couldn’t figure it out. Grove’s technician was knowledgeable and nice to work with, and the cost met my expectations. I recommend them to anyone who needs work on their heating system, and they will definitely be my first call in the future!
