I have found Grove to be dependable, qualified and easy to work with. It is clear that Grove's plan is to satisfy their customers. I have recommended Grove to 3 neighbors who were experiencing system problems and after one visit all 3 became Grove customers.

I called Grove heating and cooling because my air conditioning unit and furnace needed to be replaced. I called them and they were able to come on the same day to assess my unit. They were very professional, quick and did not attempt to up-sell me on a more expensive unit like other companies I consulted. The installation guys came a few days later and did an excellent job. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the quality of work and service provided. I definitely recommend Grove Heating and Cooling!

Can not say enough good things about our experience with Grove. From our initial call them, their staff was polite and helpful. The technicians that came out were informative, educative, neat and very polite. They went over our options, and gave suggestions. The installation went smoothly. They brought a window ac unit in case we needed it overnight, but they finished in time so we did not need it. I loved that they thought ahead and thought beyond the job and were concerned for our comfort and experience. We’ve been happy with Grove for years. JP and Arrow took good care of us today when our water heater went on the fritz. Always on time, helpful and polite as can be.

I bought a new house and about 10 months later the AC unit stopped working. I used Grove at my previous residence when my heating element went up. I had such a great experience that I referred friends to use the company. Grove did not disappoint when I called again in need. I called and had appointment the next day. The gentleman working with me was honest, no nonsense, and answered all my questions. The installation guys were excellent as well explaining everything from my new thermostat to the types of filters to use. Did I mention the fast turnaround? I called on Thursday, had a meeting on Friday, installation on Tuesday b/c of my schedule. Otherwise it would have been installation on Monday. Could not be more pleased!

We have a bi-annual maintenance contract with Grove so when it came time to replace our HVAC, they were one of the companies we got a quote from. Their quote was good and, combined with our previous positive experience with them, we had them do the replacement. They did such a great job for such a great price, our next door neighbor had them replace his furnace two weeks later.

Grove's Heating and Cooling has friendly, professional staff. They are honest and their pricing is fair. I use them for all my HVAC needs.
