Grove Heating & Cooling

We had a great experience with Grove. HVAC repairs are such a hassle and always expensive. We had been using another company and felt it was time for a change--very happy we went with Grove. Their prices seemed fair and the technician was very professional.

Grove came out because our humidifier attached to the air handler was not working. Arrow was the name of the technician. He was polite and very knowledgeable and identified a problem with the wiring, as well as a bad solenoid. He explained things clearly and demonstrated a test of the solenoid. I was extremely happy with the outcome. I have used Grove in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Technician was very friendly and professional. Explained what he did in a way I could understand. Will definitely use Grove in the future for any hvac needs.

Absolutely top notch service, customer service, workmanship and knowledge all around. The crew at Grove pulled through when our heating system stopped working and they showed up promptly the next morning to help us out. They were caring and understanding with our plight and gave us updates throughout the process. While I may not ended up using their services, they helped me out a lot. I recommend them because they are honest and saved my company from our dishonest property manager company.

When my 24 year old HVAC system died, they came out the next day to give me the estimate for replacement. I got three estimates and I chose Grove as they were the most professional and able to install in a very timely manner. I have been very pleased with their service and competence.
