Jason is a pro. He is knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and very informative on how to best maintain our HVAC unit. I could not be happier.

We contacted another company first that went for the big bucks and insisted we needed a new system but Grove made some very economical repairs for a fraction of the cost that has our system running great! Pleasant and professional staff.

Overall great experience with the company. When we called them because our heat wasn’t working they got someone out quickly. We had reset the breaker and it started working again, so when they came out they weren’t able to figure out the problem. When it stopped working again they sent someone out again quickly who was able to figure it out and we weren’t charged except for parts since it was the second time they came out within a week. Greatly appreciated that! Arrow was the person who worked on our HVAC unit and he was very nice, timely and our dog was a fan of him! Thanks for the great service!

I have used Grove Heating & Cooling. I can't say enough about them. They listen to your concerns and don't talk down to you. They are responsive, knowledgable and don't try to upsell you on maintaining your system. I previously used two other companies to diagnose an A/C problem that was going to cost thousands of dollars. The Grove Heating and Cooling Technicians listened to me about what had been done by the other companies and proceeded to trouble shoot my equipment. They found an easy and inexpensive fix to my problems. I highly recommend them for your needs.
