I had an issue with my air conditioner come up over the weekend. I was able to easily schedule service online and someone was out the next day to handle the repair.

Lucus the Grove technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and resolved it in a timely manner. Well Done!

I chose Grove for their reviews and I was NOT disappointed! The specialist technician, named Arrow, was incredible. He was quietly efficient, checked every single issue I had and explained in great detail what was needed. When part of it was a problem that required a roofer, he said so and took photos for me to show the roofer. He diagnosed our a/c problem in minutes and even showed me exactly which thermostat to order. Grove came out within hours of my phone call and I was so impressed I will never call another company as long as Grove is around. What a pleasure to deal with. Complete professionals!

Grove recently repaired our geothermal system which they had installed ten years ago. Jason has a great personality, explained his diagnostic procedure and fixed our problem. Awesome experience all around. Garrett took care of the estimate quickly, professionally, and he was super-organized. He also answered all of my questions while I gathered other estimates. Once I made the decision he had me scheduled within 10 days, but most importantly, within the month so I could maximize my rebate.

The installers, Andrew and Paul were great. They respected my home and my time (I work from home). When they were finished they went over my new system with me and answered all of my questions.

I would definitely hire them again.

I am adding to my review. They are 5*. I love Grove.I have had them since 2020. I have had maintenance 2x a year & all has gone well. Then over the weekend I found my air wasn't working. I left a message on Sunday. The nights were cool so I didn't call for emergency phone call. Monday morning I woke to a cheery voice from Grove setting up a visit. They were here at 9:30am fixed the problem which was a wire at no charge to me. The young man was kind,friendly,knowledgeable & professional. It is a wonderful company & I recommend them highly. I am leaving my last review below. Last year I bought a contract with Grove. I had used them a couple times for emergencies & decided to get a contract for my HVAC unit. They set up 2 cleanings for the year & all went well.I didn't know I would soon find out how beneficial it was. I had my 1st company in since Covid & a house remodel. They came in from Oregon to visit. It was a very hot week last week & the house kept getting warmer. In hours they were so hot & miserable. They weren't used to our heat & humidity. I realized the air conditioning wasn't working when I was miserable too. I had had no problems before.I had to get it fixed & fast. I called Grove & with my plan I had a discount on labor & they came out for free. They also came within hours that same day.I was so grateful that they were so fast. That is not guaranteed but they always have come as quickly as possible.They are friendly, kind, knowledgeable & professional. In no time they found out what the problem was ,had the part & fixed it & got us cooled down . It made the rest of the trip very comfortable for all of us when it was so hot out. I am so grateful. Grove is a great company.
