Amazing! I am new to the area and not very trusting, but this company was very quick to gain my trust. It was incredibly easy to get in touch with them to schedule appointments. The customer service and the technician were extremely timely, professional, and kind. It was such a pleasure working with Grove, I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Grove's man Arrow came on time, was courteous and asked if I had questions when he completed the spring service. He went above and beyond by removing a mud wasp next from the outdoor unit. They have performed services and repairs the last 2.5 yrs and everyone they sent has been great to work here.

Air conditioner stopped working. I called and they came out the same day. They found our parts to be under warranty without me checking (the system was installed by another company) and everything was done within 3 hours of calling. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. Thank you!

My sales guy was very responsive even though it took me 2 months to be able to make a decision. The patience that man had for me was extra. I love him. Installation was quick. They covered the floors and then even vacuumed up after themselves. So courteous. My bill is already 1/2. I had a buddy that used to work at an HVAC company come and inspect their install. Everything was lovely and perfect. They did not skimp out on me.

The technicians who installed our new Mitsubishi splint heating and AC system ductless system were terrific. They arrived on time, explained what they would be doing, installed the internal and external units in preferred locations and explained how to operate and maintain the system. I highly recommend Grove Heating and Air Conditioning! From the initial estimate with the sales representative to the final installation, the entire process was most professional and the team most courteous!

Great experience working with Grove. They replaced our HVAC unit a couple of years ago. Our unit recently had an issue, they came out the same day and fixed it. Everything was covered under warranty so there was no charge to us. Very responsive and professional technicians.

We had a “red service required” light illuminate on our humidifier. The company responded with an appointment in one day. Technician was polite, professional and very knowledgeable.
