My husband and I really lucked out when searching for an HVAC company to come and check on our upper level furnace/heating unit. Grove Heating & Cooling responded to an inquiry the same day and had a tech at our home 1st thing the following morning. Jason Welch was the tech that came and he provided the best customer service I think we've received in a very long time. He understood our concerns and immediately knew the solution. As recent first time homebuyers, Jason put our minds at ease and we are definitely going to make sure we use Grove going forward for ALL of our HVAC needs.

Grove was able to get a technician out to my home within 1 business day. The technician was on time and able to repair my AC all before my daughter’s school bus came that morning! He was polite, efficient, focused on task at hand. Price was extremely reasonable - much better than I anticipated. I couldn’t be happier with the service and company!

They came and saw the problem right away. Because i purchased their yearly maintenance protection it was covered free. They were quick to come and it was fixed quickly.

Grove was AMAZING! They were quick to order and install a new furnace and a/c unit. They were kind, respectful, and professional while at our home. They cleaned up after themselves. Not a trace of trash left behind!! I would definitely use them again.
