Had you all come out and conduct work on my furnace, the technician broke a piece on the furnace, which caused a water leak. I called for a follow up a week later and the technician cleaned the furnace and advised me that I would have to contact a Plumber. I contacted a personal friend, wh advised me and several days later the leak seized. So I got no service for the Leak caused by You All, but paid for the Follow Up Furnace Cleaning

I have had numerous issues all year and have been more than patient. I have left messages, sent emails and even filled out surveys. No one returns my calls, answers my questions, solves my concerns—-but they accept my payments, service agreement payments and I get these surveys but no live person follows up.

I have been with Carroll for over 25 years. I can honestly say my experiences with heating oil deliveries has never been an issue. Their deliveries have been on time and I've never run out of oil.
I have always had a service plan, and with the annual tune ups and cleaning. We have had only a couple unexpected service calls. The service techs always leave the furnace and hot water heater very clean when their done. No oil smell when they leave.....that's nice.
With regards to purchasing my heating, It's been a pleasure working with Ellie. Having her own heating oil business at one time, she really knows a lot about the business. I have a large tank, and I like to order the oil on my own. Even with me ordering when I want, she calls me, just to make sure I'm keeping an eye on the oil level. Good thing for me she does that!

My heat has not been fully restored for THREE WEEKS. Promised appointment times were not kept, lack of proper technicians for the job, lack of coordination of the various parts of the job resulting in further delays and leaving me in the cold. For this I have been paying big bucks for a service contract for the past 22 years, only to have it let me down when most needed.

The initial start was a little rough. Judy Hoover did a wonderful job in service recovery and keeping me informed!! Carroll did an excellent job in installing the gas lines for my new pool heater. Judy worked with the county to ensure that they came out on time and communicated back with me a timeline which was kept I appreciate all the efforts and I love the Outcome!!! Thanks Carroll for a job well done and I can’t wait to use my new pool heater!!!

Used Carroll Fuel for 12 years for home heating oil delivery, and the customer service was consistently friendly and good. I did not use auto fill, and would call when my tank was a little under half full. They came promptly and didn’t bug me if I didn’t pay right away (but there is a late fee).They also took care not to damage my landscaping.

They removed my old oil furnace and installed a new one for a comparable price. The only thing, however, I don’t think their price to maintain or repair furnace was competitive with other companies.

I normally fix things on my own but we needed a new furnace Carroll came out the next day and installed a brand new one for a affordable price the crew had it done within a couple of hours .

I had a contract with carrol oil a few years ago. Told them I no longer wanted their service.This year they delivered oil the my house (not Requested out of the blue) and gave me a bill of $1000 plus dollars!!!! BTW they bought all most all the local oil delivery companies except Gerner Oil in Hereford. So have priced fixed between all their companies. Can you say Monopoly.

I have recently signed up with Carroll fuel, I delt with Spencer who was AWESOME!!! He had a tech come out that day. The tech was very nice and informative. I also deal with Carroll Fuel at my office and the delivery men are very nice.
