Excellent Care and Service!!
I have had the pleasure of working with SPENCER, multiple times this past Fall '22 through the present. He always makes sure that my questions are answered in full.. with patience and honesty. These are very important things to the consumer.

Rarely, am I connected to voice mail, however, if so, I always receive a return call before the day ends. He does not forget where we left off. Also, important to the customer!

I appreciate Spencer's professionalism and sense of humor.

I had my furnace tune up done today by Dee Dee Holsey. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. She was very pleasant and professional. I will personally ask for Dee Dee the next time I need service. She provides exceptional service!

We're longstanding Carroll customers. Plenty of problems with them in the past, but have stayed with them as there aren't many alternatives. We woke up today - the middle of January - very chilly and with no hot water as the system shut itself off overnight. Why? Despite our being on automatic delivery, we'd run out of oil. Carroll alleges it tried to make an oil delivery on 12/28/2022 and someone at the house rejected the delivery. That's nonsensical; no one in this household would have, or did, reject an oil delivery. My impression is that it's hard to put trust in an entity from which we're hearing something clearly divergent from the truth.

Great company with good pricing. I called Spencer H.who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

They also offer a cap which can be a good thing if you have checked what that means to you and are smart about it. They follow directions if you have a gate in which to enter.

My boiler died last winter right before New Year's Eve and I contacted three companies for quotes for a new boiler. One company didn't reply at all. A rep from another company came to my house and tried to charm me into getting my business and did a hard sell.

Enter Carroll Home Services. Josh from Carroll replied to my request almost INSTANTLY and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The person who came out to give an estimate was friendly, thorough, and straightforward. Josh had the patience of a saint when I asked a billion questions about different components of the boiler, would the installation include this and that, how the financing works. ("Oh, one more thing...") Josh answered every question promptly and thoroughly.

The wait for the installation was brief, and the installation went very smoothly. Don ("Carter"?) and Mark were friendly and professional and took great care to not leave any kind of mess after removing my incredibly ancient boiler and installing a shiny new Weil-McLain boiler.

Now it's winter again and I am toasty and warm. Every time I hear the boiler fire up I feel a sense of relief knowing that I have a heating system I can depend on. The radiators heat up, the cats curl up next to them, and everyone is happy.

I give Carroll Home Services 5 stars and apparently so do the cats. Thank you, Carroll!

I am 75 and on Social Security. I had an automatic delivery program set up for $100 a month but with prices so high and 150 gal min I became overdue in my plan. I just paid off my balance and a very nice lady set me up with a delivery of 150 gals in Dec and continue my $100 a month payments. Now I get a call from someone who says they do not do business that way. That I must continue automatic deliveries regardless of the cost and pay on delivery. Did the first lady not have the authority to help me out in my time of need? Did the second lady have the authority to overrule her and cancel my delivery unless I paid $5.90 a gal x 150 gals = $885 upon delivery? Needless to say I have terminated my long standing relationship with Carroll Home Services and found a local oil company that is delivering 100 gals of oil on Monday at $5.44 gal.

We've been with Carroll Home Services for years. We have service contracts and oil delivery with them and have purchased a furnace from them. Prices are reasonable. They are easy to reach by phone, and they keep our furnace and AC in great working order. Both lasted 25+years before needing to be replaced. Their service people arrive on time and are so courteous. We also never need to worry about running out of oil. Highly recommend Carroll Home Services.

I joined an automatic delivery plan for this year with a price ceiling of $5.469/gallon. A delivery was made last week at this price ceiling despite the price of gas and diesel being <$4.00/gallon. I confirmed current prices with some of Carroll's competitors and the price per gallon ranges from $4.09 to $4.30 yet Carroll is indicating their current price is above $6.00 per gallon.

I am incredibly dissatisfied with this company. This is blatant price gouging and entirely unacceptable given the current oil and gas market. As a customer who has been loyal to this company, I am appalled that they are more than 20% higher than competitors.

We've been using Carroll for over 30 years. They are a great customer-service oriented company. When there's any kind of an issue, you can contact a real and local representative and they are at the ready to sort it out with you. Highly recommend!

I have been with Carroll for probably 20+ years and have been very pleased with their service and pricing. They put in my new furnace for me about 8 or so years ago along with the air conditioning unit and have had no issues whatsoever! They are very friendly and knowledgeable and the office staff is wonderful too! They always try to accommodate me financially . Thanks, all!
