    Went to one of my customers homes and stated he needed a new complete system, I installed a new furnace control board and 2 pounds of R410A Purim and got him up and running for $500.00 and that’s on overtime rates. Customer was quoted $1400.00 to get him going but even paid $300.00 for the diagnostic charge and was quoted 12 pounds of R410A to be put in the system when it had a 12 foot lineset and factory charge was 8.5 pounds of R410A. Scam was almost going here.
