Carroll Home Service is trustful company. The employees are polite, attentive and very professional.

Not happy. Lots of excuses and hard to resolve issues once the contract is signed. They gouged a hole in my wood floor while removing an oil tank and I have yet to receive a response from the manager to resolve the issue.

They dropped the price of the fuel was 1050 to 750 and let us pay it off. They were very nice to deal with! Thank you very much in these really hard times.

Today Tech 192 - Kamla came to service my furnace because we could not get heat. When he came he turned on the furnace and it worked. But listening to my description of the issue we were having he checked the thermostat to see if it was working and it was but when he changed the temperature on the thermostat the heat did not come on. So he thought we may need a new thermostat. After testing again the furnace did not come on. so he said he had to find the problem and he found that he had to replace the mother board. I am writing to say how grateful I am to him for taking the time (2 1/2 hrs) to investigate and resolve the problem. Others would have said I turned the furnace on and it worked and would have left. He listened to what I was telling him, re-enacted the situation and found there really was a problem with the furnace which saved us from having to buy a new thermostat or having to call for service again for what would have seemed like a ghost of a problem for other service technicians. He was patient, courteous and willing to go the extra mile and solved the problem.

Ricardo did an excellent job cleaning my oil heat system. He was clean and respectful while onsite and took the time to explain several aspects of what he observed and made a few suggestions to optimize me system and results. Other tech in the past have also done excellent work for me on past appointments.

Response and communication with billing, charges on my account that should have been removed for services that did not correct the problem with my HVAC.
The charge I am referring to has been verified by the supervisor (Eric Cooper) of the repair technician for my area. I canceled my account and service agreement.

Easy. Workers were on time and polite. Got the job done in a timely manner. Open communication when I asked questions. Wonderful.

Furnace service was done in a timely matter explained in detail by tech what was done.
Our tech in this service was DeeDee Holsey and she certainly is a great tech for Carroll Home Services

BEWARE THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY. They made deliveries after our contract was over at 80% over our contracted price. Several other issues but the takeaway is they do everything they can to gouge you even if it means breaking their contracts over and over.

Carroll County Gun Club had a tune up from Carroll Home Service. Dee did the best job I have ever seen. Very pleased.
