Charged me $260.00 for a part that cost $100:00 somewhere else

Theo was awesome! He was very nice and explained everything that he was doing. It turned out to be a quick fix in my case. We intend on enrolling in the membership program after Theo explained the benefits and hopefully they send him along for our service calls! I will recommend Lee’s to friends and family!

The technician who has come to our house the past few visits for maintenance on our unit was Theo and he is punctual, professional and does a great job.

Mr. Wayne F. showed up in a timely manner with a great professional attitude. Called to notify he was on his way. After diagnosing the issue and realizing he would have to go to Lafayette to pick up the part, he was courteous enough to ask if I had time for him to repair it today or reschedule for tomorrow. Thank you for the great service.

Inspect and maintain A/C system. Had Preston come out to look at alterations to system and cleaning blower unit. Waiting on quote for that scope to determine further actions! Thanks
