Salesman (Preston) was highly qualified and professional. He began by observing all of my AC equipment, took pictures, and thoroughly explained what was going on with my system. He guided me to choose the right system for needs. I felt very comfortable talking to him and feel confident that Lee's will be there whenever I need them in the future.

Within 1-2 hrs of my initial call to quote a replacement unit and possible repair of current one, a salesman and tech were there. Complete replacement was done in a single day w/out any issues. Tech's were very neat and clean. Showed no evidence (dust/debris) in the house where the old unit had to be removed and enlarged hole for the register had to be cut out for a larger filter. All new duct work in the attic, no trash left behind.

We have used Lee's services for many years, and every single time, whether for our semi-annual maintenance or necessary service calls, everyone has been honest, loyal and true. Feels like friends, starting with the office staff and to every tech. They explain well and are friendly and offer me tips on efficiency and equipment. And wow, they were there immediately on an early feels-like-19 winter morning. Get the maintenance contract...so valuable (kinda like insurance...so worth the cost every time you need it).

BUT, after having an 8am appointment and technician showing up until 2pm, 6hrs late, is UNACCEPTABLE! While waiting we called to get more information on the time of arrival, talked with a different person at the answering service, who knew nothing and promised a return called that never happened was very Frustrating! It has never been this bad before.

I called for a service call and the service tech was here in about an hour. Unfortunately he was unable to repair the unit due to the age of the unit. A salesperson was scheduled to be at my office within an hour. We’ll see how that goes.

Received quote the same afternoon. Just had a new unit (inside & outside) installed. Installation was quick and installers were friendly and helpful.

We reached out today because our heating went out on the coldest day of the year and Floyd came out quickly and fixed my problem ASAP. He was very attentive and very knowledgeable of what he was looking for be resolved it quickly. Definitely would give him a call if I ever need their service again!

I am so glad that we contacted Lee’s AC to take care of our home. Our technician Terry and his assistant Dante definitely exceeded our expectations. When asking questions Terry was very thorough and seems very knowledgeable. After getting quotes from other reparable company is in the area I’m so glad that we went with Lee’s for our new AC . They weren’t just significantly cheaper but the work that they did was amazing and done in a timely manner. We contacted them on a Friday and they were installing our new unit on the Monday and helped to hold us over throughout the weekend. I will recommend anyone to use Lee’s and Terry when it comes to taking care of their home and cooling or heating system.
