I called Barry’s AC on a holiday weekend and a service tech was at my house the next morning. Had to order a part, and had it installed 2 days later. You just don’t find service like that much anymore. Highly recommend!!

Update: Contacted Allison (Manager) and was able to get everything worked out. Turns out unit was 26 years old and really needed to change compressor out anyway due to age. They agreed to refund the $760 since I am buying a new unit. Had some "miscommunication" on the techs part, but he is young and still learning - he apologized and is a straight up young man. The response by Allison and her team is the old Barry's I am used to dealing with. Thanks again Allison.

Used Barry's several over last several years. Service was good and prices reasonable. Called them out this week for A/C. Outdoor compressor fan failure. Tech said "$150 for service call and about $200 for fan." At the end of repair bill came in at $765!!! This was for maybe 1 hour of work and less than $100 in parts. Called main office only to be told "we charge fixed prices (not labor and materials) and everything is going up." Will not use them again. Make sure any estimate is in writing.

Brice was our repairman today and changed out our thermostat. He was professional and very informative concerning our new wifi thermostat. He was patient with me in explaining the features. Very pleased!

I have used Barry's since I moved to Lafayette in 2001. I have never been dissatisfied with their service or the servicemen who repaired my issues. I highly recommend Barry's A/C.

Excellent service! We have used Barry's Airconditioning for just shy of 20-years. The maintenance team of Mr. Bud and Ryan work well together. After the inspection the upstair unit was leaking refrigerant and oil was on the coil. On April 6th the team of Mr. Bud, Bryce and Bryce arrive at 8:00 am to install a new unit. They had the new unit installed and operational at 2:00 pm.

My parents used your business for years. I brought the house and using your company. You all very professional and wonderful people to talk to. Thank you
