My technician was very nice and professional. He said I needed a whole new AC unit and that the computer board was broken and no longer available for purchase. After they left my husband popped one piece of the computer board back into place and it works great now. Wish I woulda just done that in the first place and not wasted the diagnostic fee. This company does not do any repairs to computer boards even if it’s super simple.

Extremely satisfied with the service from Lee’s A/C. Floyd, the technician, explained everything thoroughly and also told me the different options that were available. My house feels great again and I signed up for regular maintenance because I hope to have this kind of great service in the future. Thanks!

Update : Had my first maintenance check with Theo. He was awesome! Checked both of my units. Just as easy and efficient as the first time. Definitely happy that I signed up for the maintenance.
