Showed up in a timely manner but literally did not check out the whole unit. Only looked at the coils then said to clean the coils myself and find someone else to look at it. Waste of money.

Mr. Billy is so professional and goes above and beyond to ensure our unit is working properly. He explains everything he is doing and is really personable. We appreciate you so much, Mr. Billy! Thank you!

Amazing service! Spent a great deal of time troubleshooting the entire system. Andre continued to work up the problem when others would have given up and then changed problematic part and my family can now sleep in cool air. I can’t put in words, the level of knowledge, professionalism, patience, and interest to see the job through and that makes me appreciate having Lees’s covering our home. My family is forever grateful!

Technician was very informative and answered my questions professionally. He was patient where at times customers like me who have no knowledge of what a technician is doing, because I’ve always been in grocery retail. I just want to know more where sometimes simple things like how often to change filters or best types of filters to use he never grew agitated or seemed like he was trying to rush off to the next job. I know they are very busy but even small things like that are huge from a customers point of view. The world needs more people like him.

I love Lee's we have been with the new owners since 2012 at least and we're with the original owners before.
Johnathan came out Thursday within and hour. I called at 3:30 . I have know him for years and I always look forward to seeing him. He has to be the most honest ac guy out there.
Unfortunately we need a whole system of sorts and it is in stock. Thank God!

Harley B. was Amazing!!!! he was on time, knowledgeable and very professional, he informed us what the issue was and what he had to do from the beginning to the end. We are very happy with the service that was provided!!!! Thank you again Harley.

Billy checked our thermostat as we were getting alerts about syatem we didn't have. He was very helpful and was able to help us quickly.

Quickly identified problem with our unit and had the spare parts on his truck that was needed. Was happy to have AC in house again.

I found the salesperson to be very informative, polite and professional, The installation was performed within a day of my purchasing and the work was completed in one day. I would certainly use them again.

Technician said he had a meeting. Employers must not put their customers first ☹️
