My furnace and central unit was replaced by Lee's Air Conditioning. Everything is working properly now, and our house is cooled off in all of this 100° heat. Thank you Chandler Stephens and partner (whom I forgot his name). And thank you Lee's for your service!

Fan Motor on Exterior Compressor Unit failed. The Repairman(Blaise H.) was very Prompt, Courteous and Knowledgeable. My AC was fixed as fast as the part could arrive. BUT…they are very expensive. I would still call them again because of how quick they diagnosed and repaired my AC.

Horrible, just horrible! They either straight up lied to me or do not know how to diagnose AC issues. The tech told me I had zero Freon and to fill and find the leak it would be 2k then probably another couple k to fix it so I should buy a new one for 8k! He treated like he thought he could pressure me into his BS quote. I called Chapman’s and got a second opinion… turns out I had Freon and just a valve needed replacing and a little Freon. They were respectful, professional and fixed it in less than an hour for only $850! I will only call Chapman’s from here on out.

I wasn't going to say anything but I feel they should know. 6 years with Lees and 1 tech ruined it. Permanently. Called in for a repair, paid the after hours fees $120, within an hour or so later it quit working again. Lees told me to call the tech back. When I called the tech to come back, he was very rude and told me it would take him a 45 min drive to come back. I explained I had an toddler and I needed him to come back that day. He made his aggravation VERY known when he showed up. He then charged me $254 for a thermostat that is $68. Shortly afterwards (2 days) we had another problem with the other AC. We found the wires had been switched on the outside AC unit! Found the wire caps thrown by the pool. He must not have realized Lee's had just done a full system check for us a couple of weeks before and everything was working perfect! I will NEVER do business with them again, especially if they have these types of techs working there. Very disappointing!!
ADDING TO RESPONSE BELOW: When I was called about my annual renewal, and I told her we wouldn't be doing business with Lees anymore, She just said OK. NO ONE BOTHERED TO ASK WHY OR CALLED BACK. So thank YOU for caring! 👍
