Used to be solid. Depends who your tech is. They tried to upsell on a new unit vs $600 recharge bc my unit wasn’t cooling and the pressures were low. I had another company come out and cleaned the coils- unit works fine now and my pressures are normal. I had a maintenance contract with them previously so the condenser coils should have been cleaned twice a year.

While the technician was in our attic he pushed a storage box and knocked the water drain tube out and caused water to leak! See the attached picture. I am extremely unhappy!

The actual HVAC tech was very polite, very informative, its the support staff at the main office that is beyond atrocious. Called 5 times to schedule a cleaning that we were quoted by the HVAC tech, lady just kept saying she couldnt find the quote, with no offer of solutions nor a care in the world. She was extremely rude and didnt even listen to us. We didnt CARE about the quote, we wanted our AC cleaned ASAP before summer moved in, we were willing to pay whatever it was, we truly didnt care about the price. will NEVER use this company again, despite how good the HVAC techs were. if you cant schedule them, then what good are they? will be reposting with several accounts to make sure others notice this dd
