Acadiana Comfort installed my new unit and I was pleased with their service. At my request they agreed to “dial back” the airflow in a large room to keep the door from blowing closed.

Instead they shut off the airflow to the room and I had to request that they come back to restore the airflow.

They came back out and charged me to fix their problem. They called it a diagnostic service fee or a trip charge.

I am not happy about being taken advantage of.

Got home around 5pm and walked into a hot house. Got on the phone and called Acadiana Comfort, even though it was after 5pm they didn't mind coming over to diagnose my problem. Literally within 5 minutes of technician arrival he pin pointed the problem and replaced the faulty contactor. Very professional company. Will definitely continue to use them again.

A little expensive, but what isn't these days? Fixed our problem, came the day after calling, so no wait time. I would definitely recommend their services.
