I called last week to set up an appointment. They set me up an appointment on Thursday. No one showed up during the alloted time or called to say they weren't coming. When I called I was connected to after hours person and they could not see that an appointment had been set up, even though I had received text messages confirming my appointment. I have been unable to make contact with anyone to see what happened. Will not be using Lee's for future work.

I have had issues with my heating system for several years. Visits by a number of technicians and management personnel failed to resolve the problem. On Monday I went to Lee's office to again report a problem. The only management person available was Jonathan. I explained the history of my service issues, he listened and asked if he could come out and take a look at my system. Following the visit he contacted Carrier Tech. Support and called me asking if he could do additional testi ng. Upon his return he was able to identify and resolve the problem. After 5+ years it took Jonathan two days to fix the problem... I'm very impressed with Jonathan's professionalism...more employees with Lee's AC should be as concerned when a customer is having trouble.
In my opinion Jonathan is the best!

Billy Scott was prompt, polite, and thorough. I have never had a maintenance check this professionally and completely done. He took the time to explain some flaws we have in our older home related to our air system. He inspired questions we had about our ongoing allergy issues. That, at least, to me as well worth the service. Thank you!

I purchased a new ac and heating unit in 2016. Since then I have DOUBLED the original sales price of the unit I purchased in repairs. I have had 4 compressors and all cost over $1000 cost to me. Coils have been changed, leak in attic that caused ceiling to leak in my bedroom which cost another $1,500 in damage I had to pay. I definitely got a lemon. Don’t buy from this company unless you like paying double!

Got a central dehumidifier, the gentleman who did the quote didn't actually go into the attic to check anything, when it was installed, they waited until they were done and I was then told there is no outlet to plug the unit into, which is an additional $160 cost I wasn't planning on. Other than that minor hiccup the communication wasn't very great once I signed up for financing, I just got a text the morning before saying a technician would be here the next day.

All in all a great service and I don't believe any of the small mistakes were purposeful or malevolent. The two gentleman who did the installation were on time and very professional and helpful. Have a guy coming Monday to install the outlet, but it could have been done before the installed if I had known.

Sales (Preston) and service (Scott today) are excellent. Scott went the extra mile to ensure our system was in good order. The best HVAC provider we’ve had. Our daughters and their business use Lee’s too and both are very happy with them
