The technician was on time, nice, and professional. However, there was an issue he brought to my attention that created concern on my part. Apparently he discovered what he called “Biologics” on my blower fan on at least one of my 2 Train Units I bought from them about 3 1/2 years age. (They came with an air purifier and a full 10 year warranty)He was unable to answer the questions I have about the issue and his proposed solution for the issue. The solution involves me spending another couple thousand dollars per unit. I spoke to him on the phone shortly after he left my home, and he said he would have a manager or Sr technician call me to answer my questions. This was on Tuesday the 21st, it is now Sunday the 26th and I haven’t heard from them yet.

The manager and regional manager contacted me to resolve my issue. They sent the technician back to my home to remove the device that wasn’t working. They cleaned my blowers and replaced the device that wasn’t working with a new and improved air purification device. I am pleased with their response to the issue, and will continue to do business with them.

Tim’s AC came the same morning we called. They sent a genuinely polite and knowledgeable young man, Kaleb🌟 He went about his job silently but when questioned he responded with full knowledge of his position and experience!! We are very satisfied and thankful for this quality service🌟

We had to replace our entire HVAC system. The stress level was pretty high but we had used Tim’s in the past for our regular maintenance. Brandon arrived with his crew on time and prepared for the day. As the lead technician Brandon explained exactly what they would be doing for the installation of our new system. The installation was top notch and better than we expected. The entire system was sealed off and a new UV light system was added to kill viruses and other things. Bottom line, we are very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Brandon and Tim”s Southern Air.

Installation of new heating and a/c unit was very professional. When I needed service Caleb Courville took care of my problem quick. He was courteous and friendly. I know it’s not always possible but when I need service I wish it could be Caleb.

It is the second time Caleb did maintenance on our hvac. He is very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He also shows pictures he took of the hvac system and shows them to you. We are very satisfied.
