Caleb Courville showed up bright and early, which I am thankful for. He got right to work and checked everything over. Very polite and professional demeanor. Also honest and helpful with information on what I had going on and how to check if I would possibly be able to get the warranty transferred over from the last owner to help cover future potential repairs.

Had a technician come out and look at the hot water heater. Before he even got to the hot water heater he was asking if I wanted to upgrade to a tankless system. Took pics and a looked at the hot water heater. Since it had water in the pan, without any troubleshooting he deemed it faulty and need to replace the entire unit. Quoted me $6k for a replacement! I troubleshot the unit myself and found the temperature pop off valve was leaking and a vapor sensor was out. $50 to replace both. Next time you should put a little more effort into trying to help people instead of just trying to sell us something.

Kyle showed up after hours on short notice and got my AC working in just a few minutes! Can't be more satisfied with the service provided. Very informative and professional, I'll definitely recommend and will be using them in the future for sure.

This is now my fourth encounter with a Tim’s professional. Each one has been thorough, efficient, and friendly, but Gunner seems to rise above the rest. The issue was diagnosed properly and corrected the first time. I will continue to use Tim’s for future AC plumbing and electrical issues. Thanks.

Mr. Taylor came to our home to check our unit. It was a complete pleasure having such a professional and reliable person assist us. He was knowledgeable and very trustworthy. We highly recommend this company and plan on using them in the future for all our HVAC needs.

Great service, very professional. Unfortunately, they were unable to repair my AC (the unit was old and had several issues, one of which was governmental regulatory). Good news is they were able to provide me with options right away and scheduled a replacement to be installed tomorrow moroning. This is quicker than most AC companies in the area would have been able to send a tech to even check the issue.

Definitely recommend them to friends and family.
