From start to finish Brandon Broussard kept me inform on what he was gonna be doing,while installing he kept me inform with everything, very nice, patient, and very knowledgeable him and his helper came ready for the job, everything is so neat and professional, explains everything ❤️the overall experience was wonderful and will recommend who ever ask for a air conditioning service thanks for it all we will sleep very well now❤️🙏🏾💪🏾

Kyle came within the designated time frame and was very professional and nice. Our AC system is as old as our home and quite literally falling apart so before calling we knew we needed it replaced and had a major leak with our Freon. He helped us get a new system for a good price and helped us with our system until the new one is to be installed and even left his number in case it runs out again before our install. Thanks Kyle and thanks Tim’s southern air!

I recieved an estimate from Burt who was an exceptional guy. He was able to tell me everything about the units. He was very knowledgeable. My only reason for not purchasing was the cost and interest rate was to high.

Called them out to my elderly mother’s home to diagnose unit not cooling properly. Tech claimed inside evaporator coils were leaking badly and needed to be replaced, for an estimated 5k. He also recommended all new ductwork for another 5k. Had him add Freon and requested quote for the rest. Called another company out the following day. Their tech found zero leaks, coils in good shape, and ductwork not a current necessity. Also, the Tim’s tech added too much refrigerant and didn’t service the outside unit, which needed cleaning. I don’t know if this is incompetence or deception and I don’t really care. I’ll never use Tim’s again and recommend anyone needing AC services look elsewhere. There are honest and competent companies out there, but Tim’s doesn’t appear to be one, at least in my experience.

Caleb was very professional and helpful in determining what the issue was with ac unit. Gave very good advice to keep ac in great condition in the hot temperatures we are enduring in Louisiana.

Tim’s technician Logan Melancon was amazing to say the least! After we experienced a leak from the inside unit he worked tirelessly to find the problem. Just when we thought it was fixed it leaked again and he was right back at it diagnosing the leak. He was not afraid to phone a friend for help after exhausting all of his efforts. Ultimately it was a strange fix but he got it done and even made things look clean and professional in and around my inside ac unit! Thank you Logan for being so hard working and kind! We will be customers from here going forward!

Todd came over for our plumbing maintenance. He was extremely knowledgeable and showed me where cut off valve and other things were in case of an emergency. His patience in answering my questions and his overall friendliness is everything a company should look for in an employee. I highly recommend. They also handle my AC maintenance and repairs. Top of the line company!
