Gunner and I think her name was Kristen she may be the receptionist . They were awesome I had a few questions, so I was transferred to Kathyrn she was so rude she was the reason I decided not to do business with Tim's. I was signing up for the annual service. But she changed that.
So the 5 stars is definitely not for Kathryn.
She needs to learn to listen more and speak less.

Kyle was very engaging and very informative! He was professional, knowledgeable and explained things so I could understand!
Seth was very professional, engaging. He arrived on time, and he and his helper worked in an expedient manner to have my complete AC and ducts changed out in timely manner. Very pleased with Tim’s Southern Air expedient service and look forward to a long lasting relationship!

Jadon could not have been more helpful and professional! I am a first-time home owner and he really took the time to explain everything from the problem with the toilet to the pricing. He did a very thorough job with the repair and I highly recommend him and Tim's Southern are in general!

Charles Bergeron came out to do an inspection. He was very thorough, professional, and down to earth. He was also very knowledgeable about the services that the company offers. Overall great service!

Burt is a true professional to deal with. He conducted a thorough inspection of the AC unit in the house, listened to my priorities in terms of replacement and offered a solid range of options from which to choose. Gunner came out after 5oclock because our new coil froze over, and did a stand up job with his inspection. He was thorough, fixed the problem, and explained his process to me with detail and patience. He was respectful and respectable in our interactions which says a lot to me.
