Grant and Sam were all you could ask for - hard working knowledgeable, and polite.
After a hiccup with the install of a new brand for the company, they installed a Trane system as quickly and efficiently as anyone could ask for. I’m happy to see we still have young people like this who take their jobs seriously.
Southern Air took care of the initial issues with another brand and even upgraded the system with a better Trane unit at no extra charge.
My only suggestion to management would be to have a tech rep from the other brand present on site for the first dozen installations of that brand. I saw first hand the difficulties of troubleshooting new systems over the phone - hence the replacement system.
Overall I was impressed with Southern Air. Even if it wasn’t their fault, they made it right.

Dustin and Gunner were very helpful, knowledgeable and a good guy. He figured out the problem in seconds and fixed me up with cool AC in no time. Highly recommend.

Techs did a great job replacing the inside unit. Brandon and Will were polite and worked quickly and efficiently. They ensured the system was working upon completion.

Technician Chance Monte was very professional. He took the time to explain every step in his process. I was quite pleased with the experience.

Tech Gunner Reed is a very professional young man. He is polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. Gunner cares about the customers and their well being. I highly recommend Tim’s to anyone who asks for a great A/C company. Gunner is an asset to this company. Great job.

Our AC stopped cooling after hours. We called Tim’s and a technician was at our house in less than an hour. The problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly, and our technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Great experience!

Always satisfied with this business. On time. Speedy but thorough. Trustworthy and professional! Detailed invoice about what happens during visits. I have a shield membership so I get two free A/C maintenance visits a year!

Dustin was amazingly knowledgeable , punctual, & very professional!! He showed me pictures of the actual issues with my unit & explained in layman terms what they were & if they were indeed fixable. I would definitely recommend giving Tim’s a call with any HVAC issues.

This Tech Jadon was very professional and very kind.
