Service was excellent!!! Justin C. was very professional, kind, patient and went out of his way to answer any questions we had!!! And he repaired our A/C system to operating better than when we 1st moved in after recently purchasing our new home here in Broussard. We will most definitely use Tim's again for any and all the other services they offer!!!

Our AC started acting up on a Friday night. We realized something was very wrong Saturday morning and called Tim's. Justin can't out and had us up and running by Saturday afternoon. The service is at a great price and great quality, which we really needed with these super high temps.

Edit: We had more problems and Caleb was at our house until midnight to make sure we had functioning air. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them.

After going through many AC companies, I finally landed with Tim’s. Honest, professional, quality guys doing great work. Their expansion into plumbing has also been such a convenience! Get yourself a membership and call on them for all your important systems! I don’t know what I’d do without them and their service! Thank you guys for doing such good work.

We noticed it getting warm and the A/C didn’t come on. We called and on Saturday night the technician came out. The drain was clogged and shut down the unit. He cleared the line and we were cool again but the thermostat did work properly. Still under warranty so on Tuesday tech came and changed it. All is working great again. Thanks.

A timeframe was set between 4-6. I never received an update on when the technician would come. I called at 6 to get an update. I was told to wait longer. I waited 30+ more and called back. They sent the technician over at that point. He checked out the leak in our shower. Then he told us it would be $1100 to replace a valve with approximately 2 hours of work. We said no. My husband did it in 30 minutes.

On time for appointment, even a little early. Very professional, polite, well mannered and knowledgeable. I am glad I have a maintenance agreement and it wasn’t anything major. Keep up the good work!!!

Burt was awesome! He was super kind and professional, and he did what he could to solve my problem, and did solve it while being considerate of me and my home. I would definitely recommend his help. He was thorough and the job was still done fairly quickly. I would definitely say if you’re having problems with ur AC, Burt is the one to help.

Excellent service... The technician, Justin, was on time and explained what he would check. I asked him to check the drip tray which he did and took a video of the tray and the safety valve. He was very professional and worked quickly. He explained a maintenance plan which I will sign up for next spring.

Dustin was professional and courteous. He spent an hour performing our semi annual checkup on our A/C. He was thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
