WFH. Tech was courteous & respected my conference calls. Checked outside & attic. Only negative was the thermostat on-screen alert that warns about time to service was not reset. Called & was informed the Tech would call me the next day. Couple minutes I figured out how to reset it.

These guys are so great to work with for A/C and plumbing!!! I won’t use anyone else! They are very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

The technician Kyle that came out and checked our unit that was leaking Freon refused to give us any other option than one of the most expensive alternatives. Tim’s only goal seems to be making easy money off of people they believe know nothing about A/C. When mentioning we might shop around, Kyle completely shut down and was not as friendly as before we mentioned that and didn’t really seem to want to offer us any other solutions, other than “just don’t run the A/C.” Just a tip, if a customer tells you that they have a family member who does A/C work out of town, don’t try to upsell them!! They WILL fact-check you!!

Technician Taylor was very professional and thorough. We discussed additional service I am wanting to do down the road and he made sure I knew the cost that was involved. I definitely recommend Tim's Southern Air.
