Technician Kaleb and Kyle were sent out to inspect my AC unit. They were very professional and thorough with the assessment.
Company came recommended from a friend not local to the area and thus far, I'm pleased with the recommendation.

Caleb was vey nice and very professional. He checked everything and explained everything as well. Tim’s has the best customer service and the nicest technicians.

Great service ! As busy as we all know the AC companies are at this time of year Tim’s had no problem with super speedy service. Taylor was the technician that came out and he was helpful , knowledgeable and professional . He was very patient as I had a lot going on at the time of the appointment . A coil unit in closet was leaking condensation in the heater. Tech found a paper tag and a piece of zip tie clogging up the drain. Cleared occlusion, flushed and treated reservoir. Then he serviced/ cleaned a/c unit outside of leaves and debris. Totally awesome tech. O. Time, polite, not condescending as some techs I've had in past. Hooked.e up with a maintenance plan and saved me some money to boot. Outstanding performance.

The guys were both respectful and humorous. Both were very eager to help and provide the best service that they possibly could. Forever grateful for them. I’m more than satisfied with their work. Because of them, I became a member.

Kyle was the representative who came to my home. He was personable and intelligent. His presentation was full of information and he answered all of my questions clearly and cheerfully. A fine young man and an excellent representative of his company.

This team is great from start to finish. Caleb communicated clearly where he was coming from and when he would be arriving. When he arrived, he was sensitive to our sleeping toddler and worked quietly but also efficiently. I’m definitely going to work with Tim’s again

I was using a competing company to semiannually service my HVAC system. I felt that they were not checking and servicing what they were suppose to be as more than once they were complete and gone in under 10 minutes. I decided to give Tim's a try to service my system and it was like night and day. The tech Gunner was courteous and thorough with checking/cleaning both the inside and outside units. Once he was done, he went over with me everything he checked with pictures. Very satisfied with their maintenance service and will use them in the future to service my system.

Grant Martin and his Helper, Sam were on time, professional, courteous, and worked like Trojans to complete the work and their work did not leave a trace of residue.

We will never have to climb a ladder to change a filter again. Tim’s SouthernAir is the best. Thank You!

PS. We were serviced on a Friday and the following Monday we had the work completed.

Overall a great experience with Tim’s! Alexis was so kind and booked our appointment with urgency and sent Cody out the same day. Cody addressed all the issues we had with our system and gave his honest opinion along with not one but SIX options to choose from to resolve the issues, he was very thorough, kind, and honest! Within a day they had the install crew come out! Brandon and Lawson went above and beyond to make sure our new system was installed properly and they made sure everything was working efficiently! Thank you Alexis, Cody, Brandon, and Lawson! Y’all really went out y’all way!
