    Chris was amazing when helping fix my furnace! He had so much patience with my yappy dogs and my many questions. He kept me updated on when parts would be in, time ranges of when he would be here, and explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. I highly recommend Gateway Heating and Cooling. They even reached out and sent me a check back in the mail explaining how the accidentally overcharged me for my service, honesty means so much to me and I am greatful they reached out because I would have never known. Wonderful people.

    Gateway was very responsive when I made the appt. The technician John was on time, polite, and very understanding. He took his time to explain things to me in a way that I could understand. Even though the news was not what I wanted :). Highly recommend this company and this technician!

    Gateway had to follow up on a defective thermostat they installed last time. (Not their fault that the thermostat was defective.) No charge, of course--they stand behind their work. John and Chris were very efficient and knowledgable. Nothing but good experiences with Gateway.
