We really enjoyed Gateway's support today. Our system went out yesterday and Gateway was able to promptly send their technician this morning to assess the problem. They are prompt and professional, and good people to work with. I would recommend their services to any of my friends and neighbors. Their prices are reasonable, and work is thorough.

Josh and John were both very helpful, polite, friendly, and professional! I was very impressed by how thorough they were in looking at my HVAC system and how patient they were with my questions. They had found some problems with my electrical wiring and very quickly got me in contact with an Electrician. (Reliable Electric based in Mount Sterling, I highly recommend them as well!) Once the electric was repaired they were here early the next day and had everything installed and running in just a few hours! 10/10 I will be coming back to Gateway for any future HVAC issues.

Chris Skaggs was excellent. Answered all questions and even offered additional services in the future. If you have the chance, utilize Gateway Heating and Cooling for great service, and reasonable prices. They even came out the next day after calling them.

Chris Craig was one of the guys who did service at my home. Him and the other guy was very polite. They call to let me know they're coming. They explained everything so could understand. They did a great job. I would have them back. Thanks for their service

I am very pleased with Gateway! They were able to get out to our house very quick. Chris Skaggs was the technician that came and he was very professional. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about our AC system. He diagnosed the problem and had it working within the hour. I will definitely be calling Gateway again if we ever have AC problems again.

John Winters and Chris Scaggs came. They inspected the LP gas furnace in the basement, blew the condensation line and tightened a loose connection. That only temporarily fixed the problem, so they returned and found out we needed a new collection pan. That was ordered, replaced and they cleaned up afterward. They were on time. Very nice. Polite. Will be using them again. Highly recommend them and.the company.

Very pleasant gentleman came to do our repair. Arrived promptly at appointed time. Explained our needed repair concisely, ordered part, explained when to expect it to arrive. Totally satisfied with John and definitely would use this service again.
