Gateway Heating & Cooling

I purchased a new system, ductwork and all from Gateway Heating and Cooling, and have had nothing but great experiences from installation to maintenance. I’ve known Josh for years and wanted to buy from someone I trust. Our main point of contact has been John Winters, and he makes sure our experience is the absolute best. He is very professional, and stays in constant communication every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend Gateway Heating and Cooling, or John enough.

We had a last minute call today that Gateway was very responsive to. We had a technician, John Winters, out within 30 minutes of the call, as they were already in the neighborhood. House is starting to cool already. And the technician explained the process every step of the way.

John Winters came today within the time that he said he could be here. Did a wonderful job and I was so very please with both men. I will be using Gateway Heating and Cooling from now on. Thanks again for a job well done! They were a amazing men and a joy to talk too!

John was able to walk in and discover the problem within the first 5 minutes of being there. He was polite, and professional, and clearly knowledgeable. 10/10, would recommend.

John Winters was the employee who mostly came out to our house and he was very professional and helpful in explaining everything

John is always polite and quick. He had my air up and running in about 20 mins once he had the part.

Chris Skaggs was sent to our home when we noticed an issue with our systems heat not staying at the temp that we had sat on our thermostat, he found the issue quickly and came up with a cost of repair on the spot. Not only was he very curtious and professional, he was also very informative with his explainations when asked to explain what he had found. I would highly recommemd this company and will use them again in the future as the need arises. Very satisfied customer!!!

John was great even though he didn't have the best news about my air conditioning system.
