They came out within 24 hours of calling them to remove an HVAC unit that was blocking foundation repairs. John was great to work with.

Great people they installed a new filter for my system in a UV light system they did excellent work they were here on time and I highly recommend them great folks also installed a new system Chris John colton Josh great company.very satisfied great bunch of people made sure everything worked this new system is so quiet and uniform temperature in the house we love it thanks guys

John is always friendly and efficient. He also tolerates my 4 year old grandsons antics and conversation with patience and humor.

First and foremost, I found the crew that came to my home, Josh and John, very friendly and personable. Due to a delay on the interstate beyond their control, I was contacted in a timely manner, explaining the delay and estimated time of arrival. Josh was very courteous, which goes a long way. Josh and John spent a good amount of time solving my heating issue, repaired the problem, made recommendations and encouraged me to call them back immediately, if the problem should arise again. I am very satisfied with my first exposure to Gateway H and C.

My husband noticed that our heating system was frozen (it did the same thing last year, around the same time). He contacted Mr. Josh Moore to see if he could come out and assess our situation. The next day, John arrives with a smile on his face and immediately puts us at ease about the situation. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and was very honest with us. He assessed the unit and stated that he would get the parts ordered immediately. And he did just that. John was amazing and very knowledgeable. We could not have asked for better service than what we received from Gateway Heating and Cooling. Thank you, John and Josh. Hopefully, we have no more issues, but if we do, you are our go to guys.

Outside unit quit working and the technician (John) arrived to check it out. He did a thorough check and luckily found it was a simple fix. The unit was up and running quickly and at a reasonable cost. Would definitely use their services in the future.

John was very friendly and informative. He was able to meet me at home about a half hour after I called him and was able to quickly identify and fix the issue with my AC Unit. I would highly recommend Gateway - very courteous and professional!
