Called made a appointment for the next day.. Lady who took my information was Very Nice professional. Took all our information.. Got a call next day from Josh super Nice Guy came by figured out within 5 minutes what the problem was called and got parts. He came back with parts in hand installed them checked over everything several times and completed the job. I would Highly recommend this Company and Josh for your heating and cooling needs. Gave them Five stars!! Very professional and great price and response time and most importantly great service from Mr. Josh..

I called late in the evening for a/c repair. Chris Skaggs worked me in the next day and was very professional and courteous. Fixed the a/c. The service workers were very professional and friendly.

The lady that took my call was very polite and helpful. She scheduled our service for the next day (Saturday)!
The gentleman called the next morning to verify the appointment and service time. He tested the system and had the heat going in minutes.

I highly recommend Gateway Heating and Cooling. John arrived just hours after I called and provided excellent customer service, explaining the problem and status as he was repairing the unit. We were up and running in an hour. They are now our go-to for HVAC repair and maintenance and recommend them to everyone.

Just had John come out to my house and do some work on my heating and cooling system. It was very professional, he explained everything in full and went over all the charges with me clearly. Overall a great experience. Would recommend to anyone.
