These guys were amazing. Same day service! They took the time to explain to my husband and I what was wrong with our unit and what our options were. They didn’t try to up sell anything and were great with their price! Very professional and very nice men! I cannot thank Josh and the staff enough! We will for sure be using them again!

Had an issue with our heating system. They showed up within 30 minutes on a Friday night. Was very professional and informative. Answered every question we had and made us feel a lot better now that we our informed on how our system works and operates. Our AC stopped working and we called Gateway Heating and Cooling. We received prompt and professional service on a Saturday! We needed a new thermostat. To save us some money, the repairman gave us the option of doing it ourselves, (Which made us happy!) When we had some difficulty installing/programming the new thermostat, we called and the owner and repairman came right on out to our house and solved the problem quickly that same day! All 3 guys that came to our house were professional, honest, and top notch. Will definitely use this company if we ever have heating or air issues again.

Couldn’t have picked a better company to fix our AC. We called today & he came today to fix it. He repaired it quickly, very nice & professional. I highly recommend. I love that the actual owner came out -not to mention at 8-9pm.
