Prudential Heating & Air Conditioning

Technician was supposed to show up in the morning, but did not arrive until 1:45 pm. I had to call the office to find if/when he would be here. Thankfully the technician was polite and professional, and the home office person I spoke with did apologize for the delay. I’ve used Prudential for the past several years and this is the first time this has ever happened.

My apartment complex used this company to replace my furnace. I can't speak on the quality of their work (as they are replacing the furnace as I type), however the customer service is not up to par. One man came first. He wasn't very warm or personable. He did something in the laundry room then left the apartment (without telling me anything). Next think I know, two more men came in to assist (none of them spoke or communicated what was going on). Again, they all left (not updating me at all). They were gone for about 20 mins or so then returned with the new furnace. Again, they didn't speak nor update me on the process at all. I work from home and my office is directly across from where they are working. My door remained open yet no one corresponded with me at all. Not very polite at all in my opinion. Not only am I trying to work but I am currently 7 months pregnant with a sinus cold so I really don't feel well and am extremely tired. I don't believe I'd use this company if it were my choice, nor would I recommend their services to anyone else. My apartment complex is great with fixing repairs so my issue is not with them at all. I definitely think they should look into a different company for repairs in the future. One thing that really burns my biscuits is poor customer service....smh.

It was a pleasure to work with the professional staff at Prudential. They worked with me on replacing my AC system. From the sales department, Keith, to the installation department, Karie, they were professional and friendly. I recommend their services for your HVAC needs.

Service man called 20 mins before and right on time. Friendly man.
He checked my A/C and furnace and did a small repair. Every thing works just great. I'm very happy and pleased every thin went well.

My daughter had a great day job shadowing with Jamie. Learned alot of great things. She is looking forward to getting her HVAC license.

The tech, Zach, was very efficient. Took care of both heating units and made a small adjustment. He was professional and very nice. No complaints at all.

We bought a new HVAC system from then last year. On a Friday night (at 10 PM) David V. came out to work on it. He still has to get parts and they will fix on Monday but a very responsive team!

Outstanding service, communication. Installation of heat pump and air handler was done timely as scheduled with professional techs who did a great job and cleaned up at the end of the day.

Prudential installed the original HVAC in my home 21 years ago. Each spring and fall they have arrived to check proper functioning. Each time an emergency occurred (not many) they were right there to help. The new installation was to replace an aging unit and gain efficiency. The sales person was great at explaining to the options and the installation team was quick, clean, efficient and friendly. I could not ask for more. They are my go-to dealer.

Very satisfied. When first getting a pricing estimate, the person evaluating our system was patient and honest. The first to evaluate the amount of air flow in our home and explain why a larger unit wouldn't be efficient, thereby saving us money. Technicians were clean, professional and finished replacement of air conditioning system in 75% of time originally estimated. Highly recommend.
