Brandon Yates came to do the winter service check up on our furnace.
What a pleasure it was to have this individual in our home performing the maintenance service. On time, professional, well spoken, full of information about the system. Told us several things we need to do to make out furnace perform better......Prudential provides quality service but more important quality individuals like Brandon to provide the service. The office personnel were very accommodating in letting me know of an appointment that came available at a much earlier date for HVAC maintenance. The technician was very efficient and knowledgeable and explained the condition of my furnace without pressure for replacement. (Furnace is quite old). Work was done quickly and clean-up taken care of.

Prudential recently installed a new furnace/AC in our home and the service and professionalism of EVERYONE from top to bottom is incredible. Office staff is polite and communicated great, salesman Keith was beyond responsive and complete in his assessment of our home and what we needed. He followed up at every turn and kept it low pressure.... Kyle and the install crew were respectful and did a great job. We had an issue a few days later and the team was all over it with outstanding service. 10:00 pm emails answered and calls made to us right away. You can't go wrong with Prudential- this is a business that does it right. Thanks!

Nick our salesman, was friendly, prompt, professional and extremely helpful in making our decision to upgrade our furnace. The internal staff coordinating payment and scheduling was easy to work with and the crew that installed it- Corey and Nick- were thorough, professional, careful to wear masks at all times, and great news, we have a nice warm house now! We will definitely be recommending Prudential to anyone who needs heating and air services.

Can’t say enough about how good our experience was with Prudential. Our consultant, RC Rogers, took great care of us. I certainly appreciated the young men who installed our system. We were without heat and the temperatures plunged into the 20s. The team informed me that they couldn’t complete the work in one day, but went the extra mile to get the furnace functioning first so that we had heat that night. Finally, I met with representatives from several companies. Prudential offered the best price for excellent equipment, and in my opinion, superior value. Theirs was actually not the lowest estimate, but they proposed the solution that made the best sense for our home. It’s no wonder that Prudential is an institution in Louisville, and well deserved of their reputation.

Adam arrived right on time and provided excellent service to our A/C unit. We had Prudential install all new heat/air when we bought this house in ’92. They’ve maintained everything since and we’ve never had a problem. Great company with well-trained, cordial, experienced employees, from the office staff to the technicians. We wouldn’t consider anyone else!

My technician was Mason. Very cordial, appropriate in every way according to all guidelines.
Knew what he was doing, answered all my questions. Future concerns I asked about he was helpful.

I have lived in my home for over 13 years. The previous homeowner used Prudential to install and service their air conditioning unit. I am so glad that I continued to use them. Year after year, they have not disappointed me yet!!! Best company ever!!
