Everything was done to complete satisfaction. Very professional.

We have used Prudential for new installations at my daughters house and we were extremely pleased in 2016 .But their service is outstanding- we put in a whole new furnace and ac by someone else ( long story)in Sept 2017 who refused to accept our calls and pleas for service . It was not air conditioning properly and freezing up. Prudential put us under a service contract at my request when they first came last week and added some Freon which it should not have needed.That did not fix it but they returned and after reviewing the installation specs changed the motor speed to the correct spec and now it works. They did all this at no additional cost, bless their hearts .

Had Prudential put in a new Lennox furnace. They beat out multiple other heating and cooling companies estimates and sales pitches. From the sales staff, installation team, front office, and quality section everyone was professional and knowledgeable. Prudential is not a mom and pop shop you may pay more but it is well worth it to me to have professional installation like laser cut sheet metal that is measured to fit precisely. But the biggest reason I like Prudential is people are fallible and one of my questions when I get estimates is who checks off and verifies the work. I typically get answers like we do it right the first time don't worry and if you have any problems let us know and we will fix it. The thing is I wouldn't know if something was wrong with the installation unless it caused an issue, this could be years later outside of warranty. Prudential doesn't operate like this, they do it right! They have the install team and the quality team arrives towards then end to ensure the work is to standard. In my line of work quality personnel typically have a vast amount of experience and not only did the quality team check the work they also adjusted an advanced feature in my thermostat to provide me additional benefits. Although we did end up going with another company to do the hvac work we needed. Purely because of timing. I felt I needed to write a review. From the first phone call to having to tell them I had to have someone else do the work they were very professional and seemed genuinely happy that I was going to be able to get the repairs the next day. The salesman RC that came to the house is one of the best. Very respectful and courteous. If I ever need anything else done, I will certainly give Prudential a call. Thanks for effort

Technician was pleasant, kept my house clean, listened well, and took care of all of my requests. The problem I had with Prudential came several days later when I got a bill for the services I had already paid for before the technician left. When I called the office, they saw that I had made payment previously. No one could explain why I was billed. I won't be calling Prudential again. I don't need the aggravation of double billing!

Prudential put in my new furnace a few months ago. I encountered a small issue with my thermostat and they covered everything under warranty. No questions asked. Would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a great furnace and painless service.

Prudential did a great job replacing our air conditioner and furnace. They were very reasonable and all their employees arrived with mask and booties.felt safe having them in our home. Big thumbs up.

Prudential installed a new HVAC system for us in 2019, after multiple quotes they had the best value. Nick Steele was our project manager, very meticulous and responsive in every aspect of the process and got us a great price on a complete Rheem system (under our budget too). Since then we have kept a maintenance agreement, had them install an Air Scrubber (love it!), and Nick has become like family. They are here now doing our spring tune up. Anytime a neighbor or friend needs HVAC work done, I give them your number immediately, I know they’ll be taken care of. Thanks guys!
