The previous homeowner had paid for maintenance/yearly inspection for the entire year and made sure we had the information needed to schedule.
When the inspector first arrived he was without the tools he needed. He said he had left them at a previous job but would be back to complete our appointment. He soon returned (less than 20 minutes later) and walked my daughter and me through everything he did. I felt as though he was thorough and did a great job. The one thing we didn't know was that we had to pay for the filter and the inspector said we could be billed for it. This was not his fault but I think a scheduler should have made us aware of the additional cost. The amount of time he took to complete this was reasonable and he was extremely professional.
Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but he did say he and his family had moved to the US from another country and would be US citizens within the next couple of years. You can tell the amount of pride he had in not only his work, but the fact that he would be a US citizen soon. That made me happy for him and his family.
The only reason for the 4 stars is because he forgot his tools. Other than that he provided 5-star service.

2018 Review The other day I had an issue with my heating and air system in which the outside unit would not quit running even with the inside unit turned off. I called another local company and they said it would cost $1,500 to fix it and it might last for another year. I spoke to Josh and Scott at Prudential and they told me that they should be able to get it going for under 500. Brad came out to the house and fixed the unit and was able to get the parts warrantied. The total project cost me 150. They also told me my unit should last another 5 to 7 years. Needless to say I highly recommend Prudential Heating and Air because they give you an honest assessment and honest pricing. I know the job is complete because I am completely satisfied. This is a fact “you get what you pay for “. In 2021, after the Covid shutdown, I couldn’t afford to maintain my seasonal inspection with Prudential whom I’ve been a customer with for many years. So I called Bryant Heating & Air for their one time service inspection and maintenance for my ac. The young cocky technician was very short with the service and didn’t do a thorough job. I’ve seen what the service processes requires. He only checked the Freon poundage and told me that my ac unit was old and it was nothing he could do because of the type of Freon it requires. He never came inside to lower the thermostat or anything else that’s pertaining to ac checks and maintenance. He went on to suggest that I needed a new unit and that they offer a payment plan. Quite naturally I told him to take a hike and paid for the service charge. I was totally flabbergasted 😯. So I waited to see if his claims had any validity. My unit ran as it has been working with no issues. He also mocked the brand of the unit “Weather King is not a good unit” he said. So I renewed my seasonal checks and maintenance with my long term servicer Prudential. Today Chad with Prudential came a did an outstanding job servicing our unit. He was thorough and informative of what was needed and it’s estimated cost. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾So this is why I had to share this experience with you. Thanks Prudential for offering great service and having wonderful technicians.
As always, great service, prompt and informative. Well worth the yearly maintenance contract. The furnace system continues to work extremely well and offers great comfort, with excellent even air flow. I've never had any problems over the last 15 years of working with Prudential for my house heating and air, and they did great troubleshooting for me in the initial installation of my systems.
My heater quit working in the middle of the night Antonio came out and fixed my heat he was very professional and courteous I would recommend Prudential to anyone who has a HVAC system thank you for coming to my rescue
