My technician noticed a hose which was not draining properly and corrected the situation. He also found a part that routinely gets replaced at a certain level and the part was very close to needing replacement, so he consulted me for my choice to do it now or wait. It was definitely to my benefit to correct it now. Over all, excellent care. Thank Prudential for having such competent employees

Prudential Heating and Air has been servicing my HVAC system for the past 25 years and I really appreciate the professionalism of their Sales and Maintenance people. I always request for Curtis to perform my maintenance as he is the most qualified and knowledgeable employee at Prudential.

I have complete faith in Prudential. They have maintained both my furnace and my A/C for years. My house has its original furnace and they have kept it running perfectly.

From start to finish...this is the company you want to do business with... Nick the salesperson was on time and explained everything in detail and made recommendations that fit my needs. He was very professional and trustworthy. The 3 guys Ethan...Darren ...and Austin that came to install the heating and air system were also on time and professional. They did not stop until the job was completed and worked very well in tandem. I was most appreciative of the workmanship and integrity of these guys and they completely cleaned up all areas before they left. This is an A+ company

I have had a preventative maintenance contract with Prudential for 20+ years. 2 years ago they replaced my original furnace & air conditioning unit. I have been very happy with both service & sales. I highly recommend!

This company is really the only one to call. We had them out to service our units last week and learned the company who had been here before them had left screws all over the place, they had not reconnected parts properly, and had left us in an unsafe situation. This past weekend we had a power surge and two furnaces blew. We have a home warranty company and felt obligated to call them. I was not happy with their service. We bypassed that company, called Prudential who came out the next day, diagnosed and fixed everything quickly. Worth every penny. And, I might add, the lady who answers the phone is the nicest person ever. Thank you, Prudential!

I cannot say enough how pleased I am with Prudential! I had a recommendation from a relative to call Prudential when our A.C. went out. At the time we had one member of the family having emergency surgery and a 1&1/2 year old to care for and it was 89 degrees outside. James Davis came out to evaluate the issue A
S.A.P. and was awesome. I felt very comfortable and confident about Prudential!
... They scheduled the install and when Ryan Dobbs and Nick Graves came out.They finishedin much less time than expected, were very friendly and clear on everything we discussed. My spouse and I are extremely thankful for Ryan and Nick's professionalism and we recommend you don't waist anymore time and call Prudential now!

For the past 8 years, Prudential Heating & Air Conditioning has been my HVAC preventative maintenance company for my new home. I have their "best value" service agreement and twice a year they visit and ensure my HVAC is running at peak performance. Prudential Heating & Air Conditioning absolutely delivers on their promise that customer must be satisfied before job is complete. Prompt, courteous, professional are just a few of the reasons I love these guys.

The ladies I spoke to were very professional and extremely helpful.
My technician Ryan P was the best. I’ve never had any problems with any other technician at my parents house or mine but was very impressed with Ryan. He was very patient and explained everything that he was doing and what the problem was and what was required to fix it. He took
“the extra step” in checking everything to ensure the problems were corrected.

The blower motor had locked up and needed replacing, Ryan replaced it, check the heat exchanger
and pressure, cleaned the inside, replaced the filter, etc... After cleaning up and returning his tools to the truck and preparing the invoice he stayed an extra 10 - 15 minutes to ensure the system continued
to work properly.

Thanks again to the young ladies, Ryan and Prudential 👍 for the quick and efficient (1 day) service enabling me to avoid being without heat during this 1st frigid (15 -30 degrees) week of November.

We have used Prudential Heating and Air for many years. Living at one location for 40 years and at this home for 19 years, always using Prudential for our spring and fall/winter furnace and air conditioner check and cleaning. Always been satisfied, service reps are on time and considerate, covering their shoes when they enter your home. I am allowed to have the same service technician doing the work at my home, which I really appreciate.
