Just bought our new home and thought we would go with the company that the previous owners used. While scheduling the appointment we switched all the info over to our name and was told that the previous owners had enrolled in the maintenance program and there would be no service call charge. Once Prudential arrived and diagnosed the problem they said we weren’t in the maintenance program. I had the technician call the office and overheard his conversation telling them that the lady shouldn’t of told us we were in the program. Once he was off the phone, he told me we weren’t in the program and would need the units to be serviced by them and then we could enroll... The units in the house have been maintained by the company and the maintenance program would expire in October from the previous owners. They lost the job I called them out for and lost a potential loyal customer.

What a great job your company did installing my furnace and air conditioner. The comfort level is dramatically improved and I was so pleased with the installers. I will definitely use Prudential Heating and Air Conditioning for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Update: I spoke with the service manager, and he offered a fair concession for my issues.

Prudential installed my Furnace in 2012. Over the last few years, I've had intermittent issues where the heat stops working and the system throws an error code. Furnace parts were under warranty, but you have to pay for labor. Labor carries a 30-day warranty - however, the same problem kept coming back every few months. Many callbacks over this time, and I paid three times for the same problem (since it was always outside of the 30-day window). Tech was very nice, but misdiagnosed repairs and not upfront about charges.

I'm in a new subdivision, Rock Springs, and checking out the ducting in my basement I noticed a portion of the return duct missing. Contacted Prudential this morning around 10am and a service tech was at my home at 1:30pm and took care of the return duct and performed a detailed inspection of the complete system.
The reviews here are good, so was somewhat expecting good service, but this prompt and professional service I enjoyed exceeded my expectations, and that on a free warranty call.

Bruce arrived on time, and communicated with us before coming. Even though I considered the repair straightforward (old parts, low charge), he ensured I completely understood why he was making recommendations and very throughly and technically explained to me what was needed to restore the system cooling.

It was a relief to know there was an expert on the job. Every interaction I have with Prudential is like this, from the front office to the technicians.
That, combined with fair billing practices, is why I continue to choose them.

Scheduling was easy. I received a call to let me know the tech was on the way. I also received an email with a picture of the tech which I really appreciated. Ryan was professional and friendly. He took the time to explain the problem in detail. He made the repair quickly and explained all the charges in detail. He also took care to cover his shoes before entering my home. Very happy with all aspects of their service.
