Prudential Heating & Air Conditioning

We have a service agreement with Prudential which makes our regular maintenance a breeze - they call you so you don't have to remember to schedule it. The HVAC technicians are always professional, friendly, on time, and efficient. I highly recommend Prudential.

They replaced our AC unit when it was 90°F. They very quickly saved me from the misery of a 90°F home. Other than providing respite from the heat, they were efficient, reasonably-priced, and knowledgeable about every question we had. We will definitely be using Prudential for all future HVAC projects. And all of the installers were excellent! Our pets also LOVED them!

We learned we had a issue when we had to use the A/C for the first time this season. I called Prudential to schedule a service and got a call back @ 7:45 am (they open @ 8:00). Nice! The Technicians they sent we great. Ryan was fantastic about letting me know what was going on, how long the repairs would take and cost. He kept me informed and could not have been more courteous. Our family is involved in a product / service business. I appreciate and recognize good service when I see it.

I have complained about it bang my air conditioner makes when it comes on ever since it was installed. Jimmy Coslett was the name of the technician that came to do the a/c preventative maintenance service. When it was mentioned to him the noise he said a banging noise before we could. He knew exactly what we were talking about! He did the maintenance service took care of everything. I no longer have a noise. He is very professional, courteous & is a good representative for Prudential Heating & Air. I will request him every time. Prudential is a great company even though I complained they would always send someone.

Mini-split Repair: Prudential came recommended and didn't disappoint. They were patient with us as we evaluated many options and had multiple system assessments completed before landing on repairing our 5 year mini split rather than replacing it. They were very professional and respectful of us and our home and kept true to pricing agreements through the process. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you!

Prudential installed our system twenty nine years ago when we built our home. They have done yearly maintenance every year since then. We are still using the original furnace. We have replaced the AC unit with a more efficient model. Their service techs are courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Prudential HVAC.
