Prudential Heating & Air Conditioning

Awesome experience. If you can say that about losing your Air Conditioning in August! Like 140 degrees in our attic. But the reps kept going till the job was done. I also used Prudential in my office, as it went out as well! Both jobs done within 1 week. Cannot ask for more this time of year. Would recommend in a heart beat. Three quotes and theirs was the best price and Lennox equiptment to boot!

Ryan was excellent at servicing our AC units. He honored the price given over the phone and made me feel very comfortable with his service. Will definitely call on you all again.

If any one is looking to replace heating and air in lou area. Do not waste your time. Go to prudential and save thousands of dollars . house burnt down got several eastimates and prudential saved me at least 2 thousand dollars and i got a better unit than the other companies were going to sell me. No wonder they are extremely busy.

I called Prudential on a Sunday to fix my AC unit. A technician called me back and explained that the labor rate would be higher due to working on a Sunday. I agreed to the higher labor rate and the technicians were dispatched to my property. There was the first problem, two technicians showed up at my property, for a one person job. The AC unit needed a new capacitor, a simple fix. The part was 44.97, but my bill was 597.22. Yes, 552.25 in labor for a job that took less than one hour. I spoke with the service manager, Mark Schroeder, multiple times about the labor charge. His best offer to correct being charged double labor, was $64.00. I turned down his offered based on the principal of the matter and informed him, I would no longer due business with Prudential. I suggest you due the same, unless you like being overcharged.

Chris, the Prudential Technician, was a true professional. We could not be more pleased. He performed a semi-annual HVAC check-up. He found a small water leak and quickly fixed it. Highly Recommend Prudential. Respectfully, Nat Millican

Chris was very professional while doing the maintenance work on my furnace. Another good experience with Prudential; I'll always use them for my homes heating and A/C needs.

We have a maintenance contrast. Prudential comes out twice a year. We have had two emergencies in 30 years. Still using the same furnace. The air conditioner went out 6 years ago. Repairs and replacement have been fast and efficient.

Originally bought the HVAC system from Prudential. When the AC went bad, they are who we called. Now I have been dealing with an AC problem for over a month now. Each time they come, something else is wrong. Not sure if they are incompetent or the parts they get are bad. First the coil had a leak. They ordered a coil (not under warranty would take a few days to be in) but once they replaced it they told me my compressor (still under warranty but needed to be ordered and would take a few days) was bad. They replaced it and in less than a week the system could not keep up with the heat. They come out and found a leak next to the compressor. Fixed the leak and then they tell me the replacement compressor is bad which means again, I have to wait for it to be ordered. I have an 88 year old mother in the house and the best they can do is "sometime next week". Sorry about your luck. Really?

Thanks for your response. The main reason for my being upset was the call after your Tech left on Friday. He did not relay the proper information and left me wondering what the next step were going to be and if I would have to pay again. The system is up and running with hopes that this is a final fix that will last.

Prudential is always professional! We are on their annual maintenance program. The technicians are always very nice and proactive on servicing our units. Keep up the great work!

Prudential HVAC has done all our work since early 1990’s. Always on time, one budget, and very knowledgeable staff and technicians. Very pleased with Prudential.
