We have been using Prudential for years now. For my bi-annual maintenance we had Kameron. He was very professional and knowledgeable and made sure I knew everything he had done this time. Super helpful and I knew our system was in good hands. Thanks Prudential and Kameron!

Prudential sold me my HVAC system and I have had a maintenance agreement with them ever since. They are awesome!

I’ve worked with RC Rogers (re: Pridential HVAC) for the last 5-7 years. He is an outstanding young man, is intelligent and has a high degree of integrity. If you need an honest estimate and someone who is responsible and trustworthy he is your Man!

Our technician was Antonio. He has been out to our house before and he is great. He is thoughtful and professional and always explains the work he does and the results. He even fixed a minor condensate drain problem I had while there. My experiences with Prudential and their techs have always been very good.

We have used Prudential for probably 30 years. They have always done an excellent job on any project we needed. We purchased a new air conditioner unit from them a few years ago after our original unit needed replacement and they were fairly priced and completed it on time. We still have our original furnace (30 yrs) which they service yearly. We are confident that it has lasted so long due to their service.❤️

We have an older model furnace and we have had a maintenance contract with Prudential for 25 years. The service has been good overall and they have always been honest when repairs are needed. Our recent service is the best we have had in recent years. Brandon Y. has been out for our last two furnace service visits. His first visit was for a noise that our furnace motor/blower had been making for quite some time that other Prudential technicians had not been able to fix and it had gotten worse. Brandon thoroughly cleaned and serviced our furnace and, when he left, our furnace was running like new again and was the quietest it has been in years!!! He also came out for our routine maintenance and did the best furnace service maintenance that we have had in recent years. Brandon is a welcome addition to the Prudential team and we are planning on requesting him for our future service visits.

The motor on my HVAC system recently stopped working, and after reading great reviews about Prudential, I decided to go with them, assuming I'd get excellent service and be charged fairly. Knowing that I just needed to get the system fixed so we'd have heat, I went through with having the unit fixed, even though the price seemed extremely high. Later that day, I spoke with my dad who manages a company in Indiana and personally works on HVAC systems. When he asked me what I payed for Prudential, and I told him it was over $700, he was astounded. He then took a close look at my bill, the prices of the exact parts and the labor, he personally spoke with the company that the parts are ordered from, and I was charged hundreds of dollars more than what's typical for this type of service. I will not be using Prudential again, and strongly encourage everyone to call around and get quotes from several business before settling on Prudential. Also the technician wasn't personable in the slightest. I deeply regret rushing this process in order to simply get heat, and I strongly feel that this company took advantage of my desperate situation.

I've used Prudential for many years now for my primary residence and a few investment properties. They always come through when the AC or heat is out. Friendly people from scheduling to service. Just wanted to let them know I'm glad I can always count on them and greatly appreciate the top notch service.

Zack was my service tech and he was great. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate his quick work. I’ve been 2 weeks without air and his quick repair was a God send in this heat. I’ve always said AC was the best thing man has invented. Well, that and Google lol. Thanks Zack. My daughter, me and my dog thank you!

Prudential has been servicing our home for over 20 years. They called to reconfirm their appointment with me last evening, they were on time this morning, the technician, Jeremy P., was very courteous and asked about masking. He discussed how our system was working, asked if we had any questions. Their service tea is superior!
