Larry was awesome! On time, personable, he explained what he was doing and (more importantly) WHY he was doing it. He even did well with our 2 doggos, especially with the hyper barky chihuahua-mix.

I love this company. Have been using them for years. Don't get the same technician each time but they are all very personable and professional and enjoy their job. I always learn something new each visit and definitely appreciate that. Jonathon was my technician today. It was great to see a new young face and know that even if some of the other technicians will be retiring at some point there will be new ones to fulfill their shoes. He made sure I was aware of everything going on with my ac unit. Very personable and friendly.

Casey was courteous and fixed the problem with the a.c. right away, after making sure I understood the situation. He was professional and personable. I’m impressed!

Air Care KC has helped me with my tune-ups ever since I bought a house. when I had an issue with my AC they came out right away, helped me get a good quote for a new system and to get me up and running.They are reliable, smart, and super helpful. I recommend!

Josh Gaddy is professional, friendly, and great at the work he does. He has services our HVAC for several years with Air Care.

To say Air Care went above and beyond for our family would be an understatement! When my family had an abrupt issue with our HVAC system, Air Care came in promptly for the rescue. Their customer service and expertise are incredible. I very much appreciate their transparency with cost and thorough explanation of repairs and maintenance. Josh did a great job diagnosing and repairing our furnace. He was professional and knowledgeable, quickly pinpointing the problem and coming up with a plan. It truly felt like we were on good hands and he cared about our situation, working to promptly get things running before the cold set in later in the week.
As owners of an aging furnace, and ac unit, I'm sure this won't be the last time we'll turn to Air Care and to Josh to keep things running smoothly.
