Josh came to service our heating system. Very professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. They have a new system for scheduling he showed us. Just scan the QR code on a brochure and no need to call anymore. However you can still do that if one wants to. Great value and confidence this will keep us warm for many more years. Bought the system new from them over 10 years ago and bills still lower than our neighbors. What’s not to like?

Air care has taken care of my HVAC system for many years. They have always done a great job. Josh, our technician is especially helpful in explaining everything and troubleshooting. I would highly recommend them.

Larry and Casey came out to regular maintenance. They were great to work with. I have worked with several techs at this company and have always had a great experience.

Josh came last year and got my AC fixed in the burning KC heat. Today he can over and went over my furnace. He explained everything to me so well and with great passion that I want to be a HVAC tech now (LOL).

Arrived on time. Very pleasant. Checked the system and changed the filter, checked the outside equipment and checked the system wall piece. Found a possible issue, took pictures, and took them back for further checking. As an 80 year old, Josh was VERY helpful and gave me additional information to my questions. I'm hoping he'll be sent here again!!

Since we got our new HVAC system installed in January of 2022, Jon and the guys at Air Care have been lovely to work with. Jon or Jason always respond to my calls or emails. They are upfront with scheduling and work hard to get your project done. And all the technicians we've encountered have been friendly and professional. I'd like to give a special shout out to Josh G, who came out to do our seasonal check up. He was upbeat, and explained his process to me, very friendly and professional.

Josh was the best!! He was knowledgeable, kind, efficient and showed up on time. The entire team communicated effectively and kept me in the loop at each step of the process. I could not recommend them enough!!

Called Air Care this morning for a 'no heat' situation and they were able to diagnose and replace the heat exchanger and draft inducer motor, all the same day. Glad to get it done so promptly.
