Josh came in the summer of 2022 for maintenance on our AC unit and came in February 2023 for maintenance on our Furnace. He is very professional and explains everything. I have never felt that Josh is trying to push products or services on me. He does what is needed and explains all my options.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The owner, Jon was the one to give us the estimate. He gave us several options, and explained them very well. Andrew, the technician who installed our furnace, was excellent. He called ahead of when he was coming to give us plenty of notice. He was very respectful of our house, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and how to work with it. He also communicated very well. Jon also came out during the installation to touch base, which I thought was a really nice touch. We were also very happy with the price compared with other companies. We would recommend this company to everybody!

We had Air Care out for our regular maintenance check on our A/C. The technician that came out was Josh, he's been our technician before so we were happy to see him. Josh Gaddy from Air Care came by this afternoon for our regular Fall system maintenance/checkup. He couldn’t have been nicer, and he spent quite a bit of time with me answering my questions and helping me to become more familiar with the HVAC system in our new home. I’m glad to have found a service professional like Josh who clearly knows his stuff.

June 2023 Supplement: Josh came by this week for our Spring/Summer system maintenance/checkup. In addition to quickly handling the normal system checks, he spent a lot of time helping to connect my phone with the thermostat - so that I can adjust my HVAC temperature settings from anywhere. He successfully brought me into the 21st century and patiently walked me through everything. Thanks Josh!

From the minute I called to have a service of checking out our Air conditioning, we had great communications. We had Todd the service guy take a look at our unit, plus the furnace. Todd was very honest about what was happening to our 20 year air conditioning. He gave many options. Very friendly and said he would have one of the salesman come talk about all our options. Jon came out not to much later. We couldn't be more happy with his customer service. Explained how everything worked together. In terms I could understand. I felt very confident in the decision we were making to replace both air conditioning system and furnace. Not something that we wanted to do initially but knew it would be better in the long run. The next morning Jon and Cameron were at our door ready to get started. Casey joined to remove the old furnace and air conditioning unit and in with the new. They started at 7:30am and were finished before 4pm. Cameron and Casey were wondering. Easy to chat with and great with dogs. We are very impressed with their work.
